OLA

Ola means both life and health.  In one word, the concept of life and the concept of health are inseparable.  Hōʻola means to heal, or to bring to life.  Ola Kino is the wellness of the body.  Ola is a spiritual concept, as much as a physical one.

The stomach is satisfied because of the love of the parents

Let us gather together with gratitude

For we all have food and love

It is spoken, it is free

"I look at health holistically –emotionally, mentally, spiritually as well as physically. An important part of health for me was my extended ʻōhana.  They gave me my identity, my roots, my confidence."
